How do I send my logos to you?

Do you offer Bespoke Custom Designs?
Absolutely, getting creative is what we do best and we love a Bespoke Project. Please fill out the form or send an email to us. A specialist will contact you within 24 hours.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees!As long as they are all Sublimation products of the same category, regardless of the size, the price will be the same.
If I am only having a name added, do I still need to approve artwork?
Yes! All customized clothing must be approved, regardless of the level of customization.
What delivery methods are available for selection?
We support air freight, sea freight and express delivery. You can choose DHL or FedEx.
Can I see a sample of my custom jersey before placing a large order?
You’ll get proof of your design before we move forward with production of your order. This allows you to see and approve the design before we send it to the printer.
For orders exceeding 100 items, we will first make a sample and take a photo for you to confirm before proceeding with the bulk order production.
How long will my order take?
All our products are custom made to your requirements and take 15-20 business days* for production and delivery from the point of artwork approval. On occasions our lead times can be slightly longer but you will be notified of this in advance.If you need an urgent order, please inform our sales staff when confirming the design.
What is your return or exchange policy for custom jerseys?
If an item is found to be defective due to a factory or production error, we'll replace it with the exact same garment at our expense. We are unable to replace orders if the error was due to incorrect information provided during the purchase, so please double-check all details before finalizing the order. Since these are full custom products, we cannot offer cash refunds of any kind. However, if you do encounter any issues, contact your personal representative immediately. Providing accurate details and a few pictures of the problem will help us assist you better.

I have a design that was created by another company, can you just print their design onto your garments?
Unfortunately, we cannot create an exact copy of another company’s design. However, if requested, we can work with you to create our own version of the design while maintaining a unique and high-quality look.
